The night I stopped in here I was really hungry after traveling all day. May 18th Sunday night late about 9:00 pm. It was obvious they had been very busy all day. With all the hotels around, those people gotta eat somewhere. Sat at the bar and received very good service from a lovely waitress who got us set up and took the order. I had salmon, baked potato, veg and salad...I was stuffed. That's alot for me. Everything came out of the kitchen like it was the first dinner of the day. A few more couples came in after us, so they don't stop till they stop here. Lunch on May 21st was good also. Had the crab cakes with 2 sides and salad. CC I think always seem overpriced. It was about $18.00. But they have a table card with lunch specials. One for 3 shrimp tacos and sides for $7.99. All and all not bad for a chain I don't usually frequent. My only negative was the man at the next table with his son and daughter in law possibly. He turned my way and coughed not once but twice, not covering his mouth. Saying pardon me afterwards. What is it with older men that do this...some kind of cult thing I guess. Anyway I noticed he and his son both ordered the Lobster Plank lunch. I was never a fan of lobster especially after reading a very good article about why they are considered part of the insect family. Like a giant sea insect. So that did it for me.

Great food, crappie service. Our waiter didn't know the menu Like he should've. He almost did not give me my Extra crab legs. He did not me about the menu change to the item I ordered till after it arrived. Did not care or ask if I was ok with that. One of the Hosts offered to get us boxes and never brought them. We spoke with a manager who never apologized but made excuses for him. This experience was only bad due to the wait staff. It took forever to get refills, napkins anns to be checked on. Mind you we arrived prior to the dinner rush, the place had bet little people. But the kitchen staff was on point, the food was great.

The lower than average rating is because the service was that horrible. The food however was definitely as expected. Popcorn shrimp had a nice breaded texture. The biscuits were better than the usual red lobster biscuits. Pleased.

The food was fast and fresh and plenty but the service was horrible, we are African American, we went in first and no one greeted us,after we came in a white couple came behind us and they was greeted and was asked to be seated be seated before us,so I just ordered our food to go.

I didn't go into Red Lobster expecting a fine dining experience and for that, I left in a relatively pleasant mood. I don't like to eat outside of my home often, and I was invited here for a birthday dinner. I got the coconut shrimp and a sirloin. Yuck and more yuck. I like the salad and the biscuits are pretty good (my version is better). Overall, I can't give this more than 2 stars because Red Lobster is a mediocre, over-hyped chain restaurant and it shows in everything from the food to the service. (Did I mention I didn't see one person (staff) over the age of 20 the entire time I was there?)

We had to get away from Mexico Beach for one day since it became a rain forest for 3 days. Knowing there was a mall in PCB that has an arcade room for the kids, we thought we'd try the Red Lobster. There aren't too many Red Lobsters in the Florida panhandle. This one was excellent. Being on the coast, of course I would order one of the fresh catch of the day menu items: the grilled tilapia. The cheddar bay biscuits were some of the best I'd had at any RL in years. The only hiccup in the service was that the waitress failed to ask those of us who hadn't ordered the 4 for $15 if we wanted dessert, bc I would have ordered more. But to her credit, she did being extra spoons for the rest of us do I did get a bite of the brownie. We also had tons of left overs (mostly shrimp and scallop alfredo) which we took home and had for a late dinner.

It had been several years since I had been to a RL. Not the RL I left behind. The service was absolutely amazing at this one. The prices are the same as any other sit down place around, except you get more food....alot more food. Im not an expert on seafood, but everything I had tasted awesome.
